Ceramic Bead Reclamation!

If you are taking the high road to silica dust elimination by switching to ceramic beads we can help. Keep your binder additions and bead loss to a minimum by cleaning them in a Thermfire Unit. We currently have three foundries cleaning ceramic beads in their Thermfires. Furan, phenolic urethane, 3 D Printed Cores, it doesn't matter. Thermfire will clean them so its like having new beads every pass into the molding and core process.
